When approved by the distributor, customers are also able to post messages and receive responses from vendors at item level (see Figure 3).
  • Post Evaluation Reports By Event/Promotions - Spotlight provides post show/promotion evaluation reports indicating success and also where areas of improvement are necessary. Tracking results regularly will provide you with important information you can share with your vendors at year-end when it's time to sign up for the following calendar year Marketing Program. Tracking information that is collected in a real time environment carries valuable weight that will become an incentive factor for vendors to get involved at higher levels.
