Reports
Management, Regional and Division Managers as well as Marketing Staff will be able to view an array of Real Time Reports as follows:
- Order Detail - A CSV report with details of every order for the division. This report can be viewed using spreadsheet programs, such as Excel, and can then be modified according to the specific requirements of the distributor to achieve more targeted order analysis
- Order Summary - Provides the following Sales Results information, grouped by Sales Rep and by District/Region:
Total Cases Booked by Sales Rep
Total New Cases Booked by Sales Rep
Number of Customers Logged In by Sales Rep
Indicates whether the Sales Rep has logged into the show or not - Orders at a Glance - A recap of total cases booked by Sales Rep and by Customer.
- Vendor Order Detail - Provides all orders entered during the booking period grouped by vendor. This report is utilized by Category Managers to monitor quantities throughout the booking process.
- Order Summary by Vendor - A summary of total cases booked grouped by vendor name and number. Vendors will view this report through the vendor services program throughout promotions and/or events to monitor sales.
- Top and Bottom Selling Products - Provides the top/bottom selling products including quantities booked during a promotion and/or event. Provides administrators the ability to monitor product performance for new and existing products.
In addition to the reports detailed above, we can provide custom reports at your request and deliver them to you in a reasonable timeframe. Our system also provides event and promotion tracking of products as well as vendor bill-back invoices and reports.
