As foodservice specialist, we realize the importance of collecting data from manufactures on a timely basis. This process affects starting dates for events and promotions year-round. With these important factors in mind, Spotlight Innovations created an electronic program that streamlines the manner in which allowances and new items are submitted to a distributor. Through this innovative program a distributor is able to provide their manufacturers with a home base where they can go to do the following:
- Submit and Negotiate Allowances by Event/Promotion
- View Decisions Entered by the Category Manager in Real Time
- Upload Product Images
- Submit New Item Information for Category Manager Review
- View Real Time Order Reports by Event/Promotion
The Vendor Services program provides convenience and flexibility for manufacturers and increases productivity within the Distributors Purchasing Department. This program also serves as an information hub where vendors are able to perform and access the following:
- Complete & Submit required documents
- Surveys
- Obtain Marketing Programs
- Select Booth Space for Trade Shows
- Register to Attend A Trade Show, Seminars or Events
- Request Power for a Show
- Post Real Time messages to Category Managers and/or any member of the Division.
Manufacturer Support
As part of the complimentary services we offer you along with purchasing our online products, we work with manufacturers on a year-round basis assisting them with the enhancement of product presentation. Manufacturers we work with provide valuable input that contributes to the enhancements we make to the Vendor Services program. The direct input from manufacturers has proven to be a valuable part of the exchange of ideas and concepts for features and enhancements between us and the distributor. This, ultimately, will benefit the customer. Our commitment is to form a strong partnership with the manufacturers by identifying their needs and then working together with them to bring value and greater opportunities on a continuous basis. We believe consistency is important and work hard with our partner distributors to maximize results.
