This innovative way of doing business gives your customers a centralized location where they can do business exclusively with your company and not have to worry about spam, lost and/or deleted emails. When approved by the distributor, customers are also able to post messages and receive responses from vendors at item level (see Figure 3).
  • Post Evaluation Reports By Event/Promotions - Spotlight provides post show/promotion evaluation reports indicating success and also where areas of improvement are necessary. Tracking results regularly will provide you with important information you can share with your vendors at year-end when it's time to sign up for the following calendar year Marketing Program. Tracking information that is collected in a real time environment carries valuable weight that will become an incentive factor for vendors to get involved at higher levels.
  • Streamlining Purchasing Operations - Working on-going to enhance transactions between Manufacturers and Category Managers. This process will increase productivity and provides customers access to updated product data. Streamlining this function will create more time to develop stronger programs.
